Growe is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter with a focus on the LatAm market. This role involves driving the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offers. The recruiter will conduct market research, develop tailored strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, manage candidate databases, and analyze pipeline data, contributing to a positive employer reputation and assisting with employee integration.

Must Have:

Drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates with a focus on LatAm
Conduct comprehensive research on the LatAm market, including emerging trends, talent pools, and competitive landscape
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to attract top talent in LatAm countries
Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer
Enlarge and manage candidates’ database
Track and analyze pipeline and performance data on a regular basis
Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team
Participate in projects of the HR Team
2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies/recruitment agencies

##### We need your professional experience:

2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies/recruitment agencies;
Fluency in Spanish;
English - advanced;
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews;
Proven experience in hiring within LatAm region, understanding of employment laws and regulations in LatAm countries;
Experience working in the iGaming industry (will be a plus).
