- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process;

- Track and analyze pipeline and performance data on a regular basis;
- Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team;
- Participatе in projects of the HR Team.
##### We need your professional experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies/recruitment agencies;
- Fluency in Spanish;
- English - advanced;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
- Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews;
- Proven experience in hiring within LatAm region, understanding of employment laws and regulations in LatAm countries;
- Experience working in the iGaming industry (will be a plus).
