As a Recruiting and Education Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing training and education programs, designing and executing new employee training programs, planning and implementing hierarchical training, developing and executing mid- to long-term recruitment plans and strategies, and defining recruitment requirements in collaboration with management and business division managers. You will also handle recruitment tasks, such as casual interviews and closing, communicate with candidates and agents, design and improve recruitment processes, and implement and operate appropriate recruitment methods based on the recruitment market. In addition, you will be responsible for training interviewers and establishing evaluation standards.
