Job Description
As a Senior Associate - Product Operations at Dream11, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing the user experience and driving growth. Responsibilities include planning and executing promotional campaigns to improve key metrics, collaborating with various teams (product, content, analytics) to analyze data and drive insights, owning business MIS and extracting key learnings, enabling experimentation across communication channels, managing rewards inventory, assisting PMs with experiment design and operational tasks, and conducting experiments to validate hypotheses. The ideal candidate possesses a keen interest in operations, basic SQL and Excel skills, and a strong understanding of business metrics. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless product lifecycle.

Product Operations @Dream11:
Product Operations at Dream11 strive to build a highly engaging, rewarding, safe, trustworthy and scalable fantasy sports platform. The operations team executes product-driven strategy along with other PM’s to drive user-centric solutions in form of both Dream11’s consumer-facing products and the backend, internal products that orchestrate all consumer-facing operations, alike. The team will be responsible for running the show on the Dream11 product. They will be responsible for driving automation on product operations by understanding user behaviour and backing it with data.
Product Operations is a cross-functional role designed to guarantee successful collaborative work among all teams connected to the product life cycle e.g. the people who are building the product—product managers, design and engineering, as well as support functions such as Sports Operations, Marketing and Customer Support.
Your Role:
- Planning and executing promotional campaigns, to affect metrics like Page visits and Reward redemptions
- Working with product, content, and business analytics teams in collecting and analyzing product data and metrics
- Owning MIS for the business function and drives learnings for the same
- Enabling product and content team to drive experimentation across communication channels
- Planning and maintaining rewards inventory across varied SKUs
- Assist PMs/SPMs with new experiment designs and operational activities
- Run non-tech and low-tech experiments to validate business and product hypothesis
Qualifiers
- 1+ years of prior work experience with a keen interest in operations
- Basic knowledge of SQL and excel with an eye for business metrics
