Job Description

You will be responsible for the luxury assortment on breuninger.com, managing it strategically and driving its development. Collaborating with purchasing, you'll shape the assortment, identify trends, and optimize online marketing based on customer behavior analysis. You'll lead the enhancement of customer navigation, category entry points, and filters, working with SEO. Your role involves defining shop features, content planning, and coordinating with various internal and external partners for seamless project execution, always with an eye on luxury market trends and e-commerce developments.
Must Have:
  • Responsible for the luxury assortment on breuninger.com with entrepreneurial skill and strategic foresight.
  • Collaborate closely with purchasing to shape assortment and strategically develop brands.
  • Utilize extensive assortment expertise to identify trends early and design the assortment.
  • Analyze customer & purchasing behavior using performance metrics to optimize online marketing, customer journey, and user experience.
  • Lead the continuous development and optimization of customer-oriented navigation, category entry points, and filters.
  • Define requirements for (shop) features and content planning.
  • Coordinate collaboration with key partners like Onsite Campaign & Content Management, Onsite Development, Content Production, and Performance Marketing.
  • Completed degree in Luxury Management, Business Administration, or Communication Science (Marketing/E-commerce focus preferred).
  • Minimum 4-5 years professional experience in e-commerce within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Strong passion for fashion, current trends, and comprehensive knowledge of luxury/premium fashion brands.
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Proficiency in working with web-based tracking and analysis tools.

Job Description

  • You are responsible for the luxury assortment area on breuninger.com and manage it with entrepreneurial skill and strategic foresight.
  • In close cooperation with purchasing, you set impulses for assortment design and strategic brand development. You bring in innovative ideas for optimal marketing and proactively drive them forward.
  • You use your extensive assortment expertise to identify trends early and design the assortment accordingly, in order to optimally meet customer needs.
  • You analyze customer & purchasing behavior based on performance indicators (such as conversion rate, clicks etc.) and develop targeted measures to optimize online marketing, customer journey and user experience.
  • You are a leader in the continuous development and optimization of customer-oriented navigation, category entry points and filters. You work closely with the SEO team to significantly increase organic reach.
  • You define requirements for (shop) features and content planning and always keep an eye on the developments of luxury brands, relevant competition and e-commerce.
  • For onsite campaigns and newsletters, you make data-based decisions when selecting product groups and/or articles to optimally meet operational requirements.
  • You coordinate the cooperation with important partners such as Onsite Campaign & Content Management, Onsite Development, Content Production and Performance Marketing and ensure a smooth implementation of projects.

Qualifications

  • You have a completed degree in Luxury Management, Business Administration or Communication Science, ideally with a focus on Marketing/E-Commerce, or a comparable educational background.
  • You bring at least 4-5 years of professional experience in e-commerce in the luxury, fashion or lifestyle sector and are ready to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a strong passion for fashion and current trends and you have comprehensive knowledge of the various fashion brands and labels in the luxury and premium segment.
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills are among your strengths, as is a high degree of initiative and independence.
  • The rapid changes and technical developments in e-commerce motivate you, and you show high flexibility in dynamic day-to-day business.
  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems, and working with web-based tracking and analysis tools is easy for you.
  • Your high commitment and interest in regularly delving into new, innovative topics and driving data-driven decision support characterize you.
