Job Description

Joining us in Meudon, you will be at the Thales Group headquarters, a campus by the Seine, housing our digital identity and security activities. As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will analyze and monitor commercial performance, including consolidating order intake forecasts, performing synthetic analysis, and presenting during Sales Execution and Order Intake Reviews. You will lead DIS annual SER and OIR processes, develop relevant analyses, define sales performance metrics, and propose improvements. You will also manage Processes and Tools, overseeing the "Sales Pipeline" commercial steering for DIS and contributing to other commercial processes, as well as managing DIS business processes for CRM DIS T360.
Must Have:
  • Master's degree (Bac+5).
  • Over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, Financial Control, or Sales Management.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like T360.
  • Strong listening, coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.
  • Ability to support change for new technologies and processes.
  • Autonomous and rigorous, capable of timely decision-making.
  • Consolidate order intake forecasts and present analyses.
  • Lead DIS annual Sales Execution and Order Intake Review processes.
  • Develop sales performance metrics and propose improvements.
  • Manage "Sales Pipeline" commercial steering for DIS.
  • Manage DIS business processes for CRM DIS T360.

Your daily life

By joining us in Meudon, you will be part of the Thales Group headquarters located on the banks of the Seine and organized as a true campus, bringing together our digital identity and security activities.

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will analyze and monitor commercial performance, specifically:

  • Consolidate order intake forecasts, perform synthetic analysis, and present during Sales Execution Review and Order Intake Review.
  • Lead DIS annual SER and OIR processes (collect contributions from Business Lines and build the breakdown by destination or key account, for management review).
  • Develop relevant analyses and define metrics to measure sales performance.
  • Propose improvement actions.

You will also manage Processes and Tools, which consists of:

  • Managing the "Sales Pipeline" commercial steering for DIS and contributing to other commercial processes (Digital Marketing, Revenue Forecasting, etc.).
  • Managing DIS business processes for CRM DIS T360 (according to DIS IT application governance).

Your profile

You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) and more than 10 years of experience as a Sales Operations Manager, Data Analyst, Financial Controller, or Sales Manager.

You have an advanced level in Excel and CRM tools such as T360.

You are recognized for:

  • Your listening skills, coordination abilities, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Your excellent oral and written communication, both in French and English (fluent level).
  • Your ability to support change related to the deployment of new technologies and processes.

Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to make decisions within deadlines while respecting current processes.
