Supervisor, Website Implementation
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
- Lead team in day-to-day activities by supporting them in all aspects of delivery, making process decisions, and determining task assignments.
- Investigate escalated customer inquiries as needed.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of open tasks through the work order system.
- Assist in the preparation of and prepare reports and analyses on trends, recommendations, and technical logs.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training to team members
- Address and resolve personnel issues to ensure a positive work environment
- Expedite communication, and recommend techniques and best practices to Customers, Implementation Specialists, and Technical Support Specialists.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years, of which at least 1 is in a leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and distributed teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Product/Industry Knowledge
