The Sales Enablement Content Specialist at LeadVenture is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content to support the sales team. This role involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive library of sales content such as pitch decks, case studies, and email templates. The specialist manages the Sales Enablement platform, ensuring content is easily accessible and up to date. They collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to produce relevant materials, identify content gaps, and optimize content strategies. The role also includes supporting sales training initiatives and ensuring adherence to company guidelines. The Specialist will be responsible to update content based on product, service, or strategy changes, and ensuring alignment with sales strategies, products, and customer personas by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process and how content supports each stage of the buyer’s journey.

Job Details

LeadVenture is looking for a Content Specialist to join our sales team! The Content Specialist in Sales Enablement is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content that supports the sales team’s effectiveness and efficiency. This role ensures that the right content is available, easily accessible, and aligned with the needs of the sales team at each stage of the sales cycle. The Content Specialist works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to produce relevant, high-quality materials that drive sales performance and enhance sales enablement initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of sales content (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, product documentation, email templates, and sales scripts) that supports the sales process, updating content based on product, service, or strategy changes, and ensuring alignment with sales strategies, products, and customer personas by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Manage the Sales Enablement platform (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) by organizing, tagging, uploading, and ensuring content is easily searchable, up to date, and accessible; monitor content usage and effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Partner with Sales managers, Enablement leaders, Marketing, and Product teams to understand content needs, align messaging and branding, and incorporate new product updates, features, and benefits into sales materials.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing the content strategy by identifying gaps, prioritizing content creation based on sales needs, and continuously assessing content effectiveness through metrics and feedback to recommend improvements and new content development.
  • Support sales training initiatives by creating training materials, guides, onboarding resources, and establishing a feedback loop with sales reps to gather insights on content utility and gaps.
  • Ensure all content adheres to company guidelines for tone, style, branding, and compliance by implementing content governance policies, maintaining version control, approval processes, and collaborating with sales enablement and marketing teams for content review and approval prior to distribution.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing, preferably in sales enablement or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and how content supports each stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • Proficiency with Sales Enablement platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills focused on clarity, conciseness, and brand alignment.
  • Effective collaboration skills with strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset to measure content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Metrics:
  • Content usage and engagement metrics (e.g., views, downloads, interactions).
  • Feedback from sales teams regarding content relevance and quality.
  • Successful execution of content strategy initiatives and improvements in sales performance.
  • Timeliness and quality of content updates and revisions.
