The Integration Specialist is responsible for setting up dealer integrations, focusing on providing a great customer experience and meeting project goals. Responsibilities include migrating and mapping code between platforms, handling customer requests via email and calls, tracking work in Salesforce/CRM, evaluating data integrations, and working with other departments within the project. This role also involves managing a daily queue of work and being flexible to handle requests as they occur.

Must have:

Experience with SQL/Relational Database
Experience with VBScript
Experience with JSON
Strong technical knowledge base
Excellent communication skills

Good to have:

Associate degree in computer/technology-related field
Microsoft SQL Management Studio Server experience
Previous customer service experience
Familiar with technical documentation
Familiar with CSVfix/command line tools
Familiar with BitBucket and version control (GIT)

Integration Migration Specialist

*This is a 12 months Fixed Term role

The Integration Specialist is primarily responsible for setting up dealer integrations that facilitate incoming data feeds. This role is very detail-oriented and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and delivering on project milestones. The Integration Specialist acts with urgency and provides consistent and timely updates, while effectively evolving and adapting to a consistently changing work environment.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

Migrate and map existing code between platforms
Handle customer requests via email inbound/outbound calls
Track work through Salesforce/CRM and regularly update cases with necessary details
Evaluate accuracy of data integrations and data feed issues
Complete work promptly and confirm requests before resolving
Managing a daily queue of work and be flexible to handle requests as they occur
Work with different departments in production / fulfillment within the project

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Experience/exposure to SQL / Relational Database
Experience with VBScript
Experience with JSON
Strong technical knowledge base
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys technical challenges and working to develop creative solutions
Preferred: Associate degree in computer/technology-related field
Microsoft SQL Management Studio Server experience
Comfortable working in a team and managing frequent interruptions
Previous customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Familiar with reading technical documentation
Familiar with CSVfix or command line tools to deal with CSV data
Familiar with BitBucket and version control ( GIT)
