- Works with project teams to update and optimize content management systems.
- Coordinates, develops, and maintains content delivery workflows across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and updates that align with the editorial calendars, marketing campaigns, and/or service support needs.
- Establishes, oversees, and analyzes content production workflow processes and priorities.
- Leads the planning, implementation, and execution of content projects.
- Drives continuous process improvement to optimize systems and increase productivity.
- Identifies, leads, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement workflow governance and enable scalable content operations across multiple channels and teams.
- Supports initiatives such as marketing promotions, service announcements, knowledge base updates, and other content campaigns.
- Analyzes content performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and shares insights with stakeholders.
- Leads operational coordination across internal departments.
- Proofreads copy, verifies content specifications, and supports quality control for digital content across platforms.
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of related experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with execution of complex programs and projects.
- Experience with workflow process improvement (identification and solutions).
- Acute attention to detail.
- Excellent PC Skills.
- Experience with project management tools a plus (Jira, Redmine, Smartsheet).
- Video Games industry experience a plus.
- E-commerce experience a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
