As a DC-DC power system designer, you will be driving innovative power circuit designs and system level partitioning from initial concept investigations, to design execution, and through successful product manufacturing. Responsibilities include collaborating with system and power architects on computer and server power architecture, analyzing design tradeoffs, owning the power circuit schematic and BOM, working with the PCB layout team, defining complex PMU settings, validating performance through lab testing, performing system-level testing, providing technical support for production issues, performing comparative benchmarking, engaging vendors for next-generation components, and collaborating with engineers from various disciplines. Presenting results to peers, managers, and cross-functional leadership is also a key aspect of the role.
