LeadVenture is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth in dealer sales. This fast-paced role requires high call volume, prospecting, and customer feedback. You will be the primary contact for new clients and vendors, acting as the first point of contact for sales and business development. The ideal candidate is motivated, success-driven, and eager to contribute to revenue growth. Responsibilities include full sales cycle management, building client rapport, developing industry accounts, cold calling, lead generation, overcoming objections, delivering rebuttals, and following a proven sales system.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of lead generation experience
  • CRM experience (Dynamics/Salesforce preferred)
  • Lead generation/cold calling experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales process
  • Excel in high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business acumen with small business owners
Good to have:
  • Digital Marketing product experience (SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics)

LeadVenture is growing, and we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will ignite and manage rapid revenue growth in our dealer sales efforts. This position will be fast paced, with heavy emphasis on commitment to high call volume, prospecting, and customer feedback. You will act as the first source for sales and business development between potential new clients and vendors. We are looking for motivated and hungry candidates fueled by the desire to succeed, ready to get both feet wet in a sales setting, and continue our revenue growth.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:   
  • 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred.  
  • Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce 
  • Lead generation/cold calling experience  
  • Associates degree preferred (But not required) 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of to a Territory Manager. 
  • Able to excel in a high-volume work environment.  
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills  
  • Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners.  
  • Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Base Salary of $40k and commission, with On Target Earnings up to $55k+ a year.
  • This is an entry-level starting position, with the end goal of you becoming a Territory Manger that makes 100k+
