As a Supplier Development Specialist - Commercial Aerospace you will be responsible for;

  • Identify potential suppliers for new projects and develop relationships with them
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their capabilities and performance
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure compliance with company requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier-related issues

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supplier development, preferably in commercial aerospace industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

 

Salary Range: $70K - $120K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
