Mercer is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their HR team in Manila, Philippines. This hybrid role involves providing administrative and coordination support to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The coordinator will work closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners, focusing on interview coordination, pre-employment screening, offer and contract management, pre-boarding support, and participation in employer branding and recruitment projects.
Good To Have:
  • Proven track record of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition/HR support role.
  • Previous experience with Workday or ServiceNow.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a focus on delivering seamless candidate experience.
  • European language proficiency is a strong advantage.
Must Have:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across the EMEA region.
  • Initiate and monitor the completion of pre-employment screening processes.
  • Generate offer letters and contracts for new joiners across business units.
  • Manage and track all pre-boarding activities to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Participate in project-related activities supporting employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong MS Office skills (e.g., modifying documents in Word, creating reports in Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional maturity, with confidence in working with senior leaders and hiring managers.

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team at Mercer. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you will be working closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners, and will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to ensure exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
