  • Assist with basic HR affairs related to professional channel development, such as training record management.

  • Internship experience in gaming or internet companies.

Job Description

1. Professional Channel Support and Operations: Participate in and support the core operational work of the company's professional channels (e.g., professional knowledge platform operations, professional sharing event support, professional knowledge accumulation), enhancing the learning participation of various professional lines within the company.

2. Project Support and Management: Actively participate in training projects related to professional capability development with the HR department and project teams (e.g., new employee training, key skill enhancement), assist in proposing solutions, and undertake specific execution tasks to ensure the smooth progress of various projects.

3. Training Needs Insight and Support: Maintain communication with professional lines and business departments, understand and support the professional capability development needs of business teams, assist in diagnosing needs, and propose solutions.

4. Basic HR Support: Assist in handling some basic HR affairs related to professional channel development (e.g., training record management, sharing satisfaction surveys).

Job Requirements

1. Passion for the training and gaming industry, understanding of the gaming industry ecosystem; internship experience in gaming/internet companies preferred.

2. Possess strong learning ability, self-driven, strong critical thinking, approachable, conscientious and responsible, able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company.

3. Meticulous, good at communication, possess strong teamwork ability, and strong drive and execution ability.

4. Good English proficiency, proficient in Office software (Excel/Powerpoint/Word), possess certain data processing skills and basic design skills.
