Job Description

As a Territory Manager at Trek, you will leverage your strategic thinking, expertise, and inspiring nature to engage customers. You'll be responsible for constantly developing dealer businesses, optimizing business volume and value with a long-term perspective, and growing the business mindset among dealers through coaching and the "Win the Season" mentality. The role also involves analyzing market potential, developing strategies to increase market share, and ensuring retail presence meets consumer expectations. This is a remote position based in Norway, requiring independent work alongside strong teamwork and collaboration with colleagues. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to Trek and its customers.

Job Description

In this position you will use your strategic way of working, your expertise, and your inspiring nature to engage our customers. Absolute reliability and a strong commitment to our company and our customers are important for you.  

Despite working independently in the sales area, you are a team player who harmonizes well together with colleagues.  

 

MAIN TASKS  

  • Constantly develop our dealer’s business by leading them into the future 

  • Optimize the business through volume and value with a long-term view  

  • Grow the business mindset with our dealers by coaching them through our Win the Season business mentality 

  • Analysis of market potential in the territory and development of concepts to actively increase market share 

  • Secure that our presence in Retail meets the expectations of the consumer
