Job Description

Joining Thales in Meudon, you will be a Change Manager for a project migrating to a new ERP system within an End-to-End process context. This role is crucial for ensuring the adoption and use of changes by employees, guaranteeing consistency, compliance, and effectiveness in the cultural evolution across all implementation perimeters. You will develop and implement change management strategies, integrate change activities into project plans, conduct impact analyses, and support communication and training efforts.

Must Have:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize the adoption of changes.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Conduct impact analyses and evaluate readiness for change.
  • Support communication and training efforts to help employees understand and adopt changes.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, business entities, functional business experts, change management leaders, and suppliers.
  • Implement performance indicators related to the adoption of new Ways of Working versus current capabilities.
  • Ensure regular reporting to project management and sponsors on progress and productivity achieved.
  • Contribute to the upskilling of key collaborators and ensure the sharing of best practices.
  • Higher education (Bac+5) in CCMP-Prosci change management, project management, or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in operational entities.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, engineering, program management, purchasing, supply chain, production, etc.) and their challenges.
  • Professional English required.

The change manager plays a key role in the success of organizational projects by ensuring the adoption and use of changes by employees. This position is central to ensuring consistency, compliance, and effectiveness in the cultural evolution across all implementation perimeters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Development and implementation of strategies: Create change management plans to maximize the adoption of changes.
  • Integration of change activities: Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Impact analysis and readiness assessment: Conduct impact analyses and assess readiness for change.
  • Communication and training: Support communication and training efforts to help employees understand and adopt changes.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, business entities, functional business experts, change management leaders, and suppliers;
  • Implement performance indicators related to the adoption of new Ways of Working versus current capabilities;
  • Ensure regular reporting to project management and sponsors on progress and productivity achieved;
  • Contribute to the upskilling of key collaborators and ensure the sharing of best practices.

PROFILE

  • Higher education (Bac+5) in CCMP-Prosci change management, project management, or similar field;
  • Certification in communication / coaching / skills;
  • Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in responsibilities within Operational entities;
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, engineering, program management, purchasing, supply chain, production, etc.) and their challenges;
  • Ease in communication and transversal management of multidisciplinary teams;
  • Leadership, resilience, rigor, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities;
  • Professional English required.
