Job Description

This role involves creating attractive characters for games by utilizing modeling, texturing, shaders, and other expressions. The candidate will actively participate in various aspects, including specification formulation, to enhance the game's level. This is an opportunity to work as a creator, make suggestions, and be involved in the development process. You'll be able to use your experience to build the foundation, focusing on how to create a great experience through expression and technology, and manage sections based on your abilities.

Must have:

Practical experience in character model creation using 3D tools.

Good to have:

Experience as a lead in game release.
Experience in 2D design of characters and monsters.
Practical experience in character model creation in a PBR environment.
Experience with Zbrush and Substance Painter.
Experience in 3D production other than modeling.
Development experience in a Unity environment.
Experience in efficiency improvement using MEL or Python.
Experience or knowledge of shader development.

【必須要件】
・3Dツールを使用したキャラクターモデル制作の実務経験

【歓迎要件】
・リードとしてゲームリリース経験のある方
・キャラクターやモンスターなどの2Dデザイン経験のある方
・PBR環境でのキャラクターモデル制作の実務経験のある方
・Zbrush、Substance Painterの使用経験のある方
・モデリング以外の3D制作経験のある方
・Unity環境での開発経験のある方
・MELやPythonを使用した効率化経験のある方
・シェーダーの開発経験または知識のある方
