We are seeking an experienced mid-level to senior level, detail-oriented accountant to join our organization. In this position, you will meet the accounting operations within the company related to cash management, petty cash, travel expenses, fixed assets management, card payment statement and other financial records or transactions if needed. You must have a keen attention to detail and maintain account balances.
Accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in the accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payables for card, petty cash transaction and travel transaction
- Recording and monitoring fixed assets within the system; participate to the annual inventory process
- INSSE and BNR statistical documentation preparing and submitting
- Forecast and plan for future needs
- Maintain account balances and bank statements related to card payments
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes
- Liaise with our Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures
- Willingness for constantly learning and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Previous experience as an accountant of minimum 3 years
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
- Proficiency using accounting software
- Good knowledge of accounting
- Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good English, both written and speaking
