• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Follow up with customers on pending payments.
• Improve AP processes for efficiency.
• Support financial reporting & bookkeeping.
• 2–3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable / Billing / Finance.
• Strong finance & accounting knowledge (bookkeeping, reporting).
• Hands-on with QuickBooks, Stripe, SaaS billing tools.
• Exceptional time management & attention to detail.
