Job Description

The Advisor, Employee Experience leads the development and execution of the organization's culture strategy, fostering an inclusive, engaged, and socially responsible workplace. This role involves designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, analyzing survey data, implementing Impact & Equity strategies, coordinating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, and promoting ethical practices. The advisor collaborates across HR and business units to enhance employee experience and align CSR efforts with organizational values, reporting on engagement, impact, equity, and CSR initiatives.
Must Have:
  • Lead development and execution of overall organization's culture strategy
  • Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaged, and socially responsible workplace
  • Collaborate across HR and business units to manage programs enhancing employee experience
  • Support design and execution of enterprise-wide employee engagement initiatives
  • Analyze engagement survey data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Assist in implementation of Impact & Equity strategies and programs
  • Coordinate CSR initiatives and volunteer programs aligned with company mission
  • Promote awareness of ethical practices and social responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, CSR, inclusion or related roles
  • Strong experience in developing social impact and corporate social responsibility related engagements
  • Demonstrated expertise in program and project management
  • Knowledge of inclusion and social impact best practices
  • Experience working with and using data and metrics to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Advisor, Employee Engagement leads the development and execution of the overall organization's culture strategy, while driving initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaged, and socially responsible workplace. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Organizational Development, this role collaborates across HR and business units to manage programs that enhance employee experience, promote inclusion and belonging, and align corporate social responsibility efforts with organizational values. The Advisor, Employee Engagement will be responsible for reporting and storytelling to highlight Employee Engagement, impact and equity, and CSR initiatives.

What you’ll achieve

  • Employee Engagement
  • Support the design and execution of enterprise-wide employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement survey data and assist in translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with internal communications to promote engagement programs and recognition efforts.
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to embed engagement practices into the employee lifecycle.
  • Impact & Equity
  • Assist in the implementation of Impact & Equity strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a resource for employee councils/teams, and partner with Publicis Groupe (parent company) Business Resource Groups (BRGs) when needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Legal, etc.) to provide ongoing data-driven reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay informed on Impact & Equity trends and provide insights to support inclusive practices.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Coordinate CSR initiatives and volunteer programs that align with the company’s mission and community impact goals, in addition to Publicis Groupe sustainability goals and initiatives.
  • Build relationships with nonprofit partners and community organizations.
  • Social Responsibility & Ethics
  • Promote awareness of ethical practices and social responsibility across HR and business functions.
  • Ensure alignment of programs with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ESG).
  • Contribute to the development of training and communication materials related to ethics and social impact.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, CSR, inclusion or other related roles.
  • Strong experience in developing social impact and corporate social responsibility related engagements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program and project management including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Knowledge, skills, and research/awareness of evolving contemporary landscape surrounding inclusion and social impact best practices. Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working with and using data and metrics to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
