Job Description
This Application Support Analyst role focuses on delivering local and global application services, contributing to operational projects, and ensuring the continuous improvement of application performance, scalability, security, and supportability. The role involves creating and maintaining service support documentation and following global service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) to adhere to global process standards. The responsibilities include supporting applications and systems to meet business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
Must have:
- Deliver local and Global application services within agreed SLAs.
- Contribute to implementation of operational projects.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

- Delivers local and Global application services to the business within agreed SLAs
- Contributes to the delivery and implementation of operational projects to support the business
- Contributes to the pro-active continuous improvements to ensure performance, scalability, capacity, security, supportability and maintainability is maintained for all supported applications and systems
- Ensures Service support documentation (processes, procedures, service catalogue information, operational documentation) is created and maintained for all supported applications
- Follows the Global Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) to ensure adherence to the global process standards
