The Assistant Manager, Human Resources (People Services) will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements like EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax. Responsibilities include overseeing timely statutory payments, resolving requests promptly, staying updated on payroll regulations, preparing reports, supporting audits, and implementing solutions for process inefficiencies. The role also involves establishing systems for effective request tracking, enhancing work output quality, and championing a high-performance culture within the People Services team through guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment.
