games2gether is the community platform of choice for many SEGA studios: in addition to serving as Amplitude’s home base it has now been adopted by Relic Entertainment, Two Point Studios, and Creative Assembly.
Description
We're looking for an Assistant Product Owner for a 6-month placement, to help us oversee the various projects for our SaaS community platform games2gether (games2gether.com).
Reporting to the Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the implementation of a product analysis tool for G2G management (managers and directors)
- Participating in the documentation of the product, which will be available on our public knowledge platform (knowledge centre)
- Monitor the development of the platform by providing the necessary support to the teams.
- Ensure that platform maintenance is monitored.
- Release management: contributing to the drafting and communication of G2G release notes to customers.
Required experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degre in Management/Project Management
- 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in January/February 2024 (internship agreement required)

- Development of technical understanding of a SaaS web application
- Development of the technical skills needed for project management.
Profile required
- Fluent in English and in French
- Project coordination and management skills (organisation, deadlines, priority management, etc.)
- Knowledge of the technologies used to develop web applications
- Willingness to learn and strong curiosity about new techniques/technologies and the video games sector!
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with a wide variety of people (programmers, community, artists, etc.)
- Attention to detail and organisational skills

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant Product Owner pour un stage de 6 mois, afin de nous aider à superviser les différents projets de notre plateforme communautaire SaaS
games2gether (games2gether.com).

Sous la supervision du Product Owner, vous aurez la charge de :
- Coordination de la mise en place d’un outil d’analyse du produit pour les membres de la direction du G2G (managers et directeurs)
- Participer à la documentation du produit qui sera disponible sur notre plateforme publique de connaissance (knowledge center)
- Suivre le bon développement de la plateforme en apportant le soutien nécessaire aux équipes.
- S’assurer du suivi de la maintenance de la plateforme.
- Release management : contribuer à la rédaction et la communication des notes de versions du G2G aux clients.
Expérience requise
- BAC+3 minimum avec une spécialisation Management/Gestion de projet
- Stage de fin d’études conventionné de 6 mois à partir de Janvier/Février 2024 (convention de stage obligatoire)
Ce que vous apprendrez pendant ce stage :
- Développement des soft skills en gestion de projet Agile
- Développement de la compréhension technique d’une application Web SaaS
- Développement des compétences techniques nécessaire pour de la gestion de projets.
Profil recherché
- Anglais/Français courant
- Compétences en matière de coordination et gestion de projet (organisation, délais, gestion des priorités, etc.)
- Connaissance des technologies utilisées pour le développement d’applications WEB
- Volonté d'apprendre et forte curiosité concernant les nouvelles techniques/technologies et le secteur des jeux vidéo !
- Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe et à interagir avec une grande variété de profils (programmeurs, communauté, artistes…)
- Soucis du détail et sens de l'organisation
