Associate Brand Manager France - Publishing (June - December 2024 contract)

As Associate Brand Manager in the Riot office in Paris you will temporarily join and support the France & Benelux Publishing team during the peak period of 2024. Reporting to the Supervisor, Brand Management League of Legends, you will specifically work on a key project for VALORANT, the 2024 World Championship of League of Legends happening in Paris, and the launch of Arcane Season 2.

This contract will run until the end of 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support marketing initiatives defined by Brand Managers in their Go To Market plans focused on an upcoming VALORANT project, the League of Legends Worlds quarter & semi-finals in Paris, and Arcane Season 2;
• Ensure delivery of these initiatives within the agreed time, scope, budget and quality;
• Coordinate assets management delivery around these key beats (with Central, local Rioters, agencies);
• Define a daily-view publishing calendar in the weeks preceding and during the actual live date of the key beats (define which channels/assets, should be pushed and when); in order to maximize our publishing impact
• Post-launch: support Brand & Comms Managers in terms of reporting and post-mortems to assess whether we hit our expected goals and identify learnings

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a marketing environment, launching products in competitive fields
• You are a native French speaker and have solid written and spoken English.
• Solid skills in Project Management
• A clear ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience with feedback and collaboration with in-house strategists, creative and external agencies/partners

• Understanding of brand campaign indicators, metrics, analytics, and media to develop creative strategies
• Good knowledge of League of Legends, VALORANT and their ecosystems

Desired Qualifications:

• You are up to date with the gaming and entertainment industry’s newest trends and technologies
• Experience working on Entertainment and/or Esports products
