And this is where you come into play - we are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager with a deep understanding of how to grow successful brands in the free-to-play gaming space. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in games marketing and a proven track record of managing successful Games as a Service (GaaS) brands and marketing campaigns. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small, elite team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive player acquisition, retention, and engagement. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing for Omeda.
In This Role You Will
- Own the go-to-market road map, integrating plans from every promotional vertical, including PR, social, digital storefronts, paid media, influencers, CRM, content, affiliate programs, events and others.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications.
- Work with internal and external creative, media, and digital agencies to manage brand identity, producing key art, slogans, screenshots, trailers, websites and other creative assets.
- Be the “eyes and ears” for the development team, informing the product roadmap by capturing and reporting on sentiment and providing guidance for live-service product updates.
- Work with the Data and Analytics team to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead a team of specialists in various marketing and branding areas to success by setting clear goals, building processes and ensuring they are followed, and providing mentorship to help individuals grow in their roles.
- Help oversee the marketing budget and Predecessor P&L, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI of all branding initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in games marketing, with a focus on free-to-play and MOBA games. Proven experience with Games as a Service (GaaS) is essential.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- In-depth understanding of and a passion for the free-to-play space, gaming industry trends, and player preferences.
- Strong opinions and the data to back them up, or knowledge of where to find that data.

- Experience managing small teams is a big plus.
