International Brand Marketing

The International Brand Marketing Team guides the connection of Global Brands to local audiences in culturally meaningful ways, and is responsible for the go to market integrated omni-channel campaign planning and execution, ensuring our markets build aligned plans reflective of an overarching worldwide strategy. We we are on a mission to find a successful marketer who can develop channel marketing activations across the UK and Ireland region, with a focus on building and marketing the brand Battlefield. A list of specific responsibilities and qualifications you will need for this role can be found below.

Responsibilities

  • You will create the regional go-to market strategy and omni-channel campaigns to grow player acquisition and engagement, responding to each channel assignment with activations (e.g. Earned, Social Influencers, Partnerships, First Party Partners, Commercial Growth, Talent, or Licencing) within the UK and Ireland

  • You will apply player, market and product insights, along with our goals and strategies, to define marketing activation approach, tactics and key performance indicators

  • You will collaborate upstream and downstream with local marketing and other channel leads, ensuring the local plans are aligned and inclusive of culturalization initiatives, while being reflective of overarching global brand strategies

  • You will track and interpret data on local campaign & competitor performance and translate them into recommendations and actions as well as surface country insights and opportunities to inform the marketing strategic planning for the Battlefield brand

  • You will support managing agencies (Marketing, Influencers & Communications) and partners to bring our campaigns to life

  • You will track regional non-media budget and raise Purchase Orders for the approved campaign execution

  • You will help guide process to ensure legal approval on local activations and ensure UKI legal guidelines are followed

  • You will be a local brand champion and guardian for the Battlefield brand

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of Brand Marketing & campaign management experience in gaming or entertainment

  • Digital marketing background with full-funnel approach. Understanding of marketing indicators and campaign optimization factors

  • Experience with local market nuance and trends, expected to help ensure regional inputs are considered in global planning

  • Deep territory expertise of the UK entertainment landscape. Staying up to date and always about the changing dynamics of the marketplace, audience & platform trends alongside the competitive landscape.

  • Agency Management (Marketing, Communications and Influencers) and project management experience

  • Experience in managing M&S budgets and understanding of P&L components

  • Impeccable English required to manage at ease communication across a matrix of international counterparts

  • Leadership experience or desire for leadership

  • Confidence in presenting in front of various teams, local and global, as well as ability to cohesively and clearly express yourself in writing

  • Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) / PowerPoint / AirTable / Miro and familiarity with other leading marketing platforms
