Job Description

As a Marketing Project Leader for National Bank, you will contribute to an evolution project aimed at implementing a self-service marketing tool personalization platform. Your responsibilities will include developing marketing tools, creating programming briefs, collaborating with external vendors, testing templates, creating tutorials, updating the internal SharePoint site, and participating in internal communications.
Must have:
  • Studies in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent writing skills in French
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Mandat pour la Banque Nationale / Mandate for the National Bank


Que feras-tu ?

En tant que chargé·e de projets marketing pour la Banque Nationale, vous contribueras à un projet d'évolution qui vise à mettre en place une plateforme de personnalisation d'outils marketing libre-service.

  • Élaborer des outils marketing permettant une grande flexibilité de personnalisation selon les gabarits existants, en assurant le respect de l'image de marque
  • Créer les briefs de programmation en définissant l'ensemble des scénarios de personnalisation
  • Collaborer avec le fournisseur externe afin d'assurer la qualité des livrables et le respect des échéanciers
  • Tester les gabarits programmés de façon rigoureuse et appliquée
  • Créer des tutoriels pour faciliter l'utilisation de la plateforme
  • Mettre à jour le site interne SharePoint
  • Participer à l'élaboration du plan de communication interne, rédiger des communications internes et coordonner leur diffusion

Qu'attendons-nous de notre Chargé·e de projets marketing ?

  • Études dans le domaine des communications, du marketing ou dans un domaine connexe
  • 1 à 3 années d'expérience pertinente
  • Capacités rédactionnelles impeccables en français
  • Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais), car tu collaboreras avec un fournisseur anglophone à des rencontres d'équipe tenues en français sur une base quotidienne
  • Bonnes connaissances de la suite Microsoft Office

Ton équipe :

Au sein du secteur Communications, marque et affaires publiques, tu fais partie d'une équipe de 10 personnes et tu relèves de la Directrice, Équipe marketing dédiée aux conseillers·ères en gestion de patrimoine. Notre équipe bilingue se démarque par sa multi-expertise, sa proximité avec la force de vente, et surtout l'ambiance de plaisir et la complicité entre tous les membres de l'équipe.

Note : Tu dois être au Canada et posséder un permis de travail valide pour postuler.

What will you do?

As a Marketing Project Leader for National Bank, you will contribute to an evolution project aimed at implementing a self-service marketing tool personalization platform.

  • Develop marketing tools that allow for significant customization flexibility based on existing templates, while ensuring brand image compliance.
  • Create programming briefs that consider all customization scenarios.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to timelines.
  • Test the programmed templates rigorously and diligently.
  • Create tutorials to facilitate the use of the platform.
  • Update the internal SharePoint site.
  • Participate in the development of the internal communication plan, write internal communications, and coordinate their distribution.

What do we expect from our Marketing Project Leader ?

  • Studies in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent writing skills in French
  • Bilingualism required (French and English), as you will work with an English-speaking supplier and participate in team meetings held daily in French.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Within the Communications, Brand, and Public Affairs sector, you are part of a team of 10 people and report to the Director of the Marketing Team dedicated to Wealth Management Advisors. Our bilingual team stands out for its multi-expertise, close relationship with the sales force, and above all, the enjoyable atmosphere and camaraderie among all team members.
