Summary

The EUC Onsite Support Engineer will provide 2nd/3rd line IT support to UK offices, remote workers, and retail employees. Responsibilities include resolving IT incidents, fulfilling user requests via a ticketing system, assisting walk-in users, installing/maintaining/upgrading hardware (laptops, desktops, phones, tablets), managing AV equipment in meeting rooms, supporting Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casino teams, collaborating with offshore and retail support teams, and assisting the central service desk. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting 300+ devices, expertise in Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and enterprise client management tools (SCCM/ConfigMgr, Intune, JAMF).
Must have:

Are you ready to join our IT dream team? We're looking for a tech wizard with:

  • Experience as a 2nd/3rd line support champion or similar role
  • Corporate office battlefield experience, supporting 300+ devices like a boss
  • Windows 11, MacBook, iPhone, and Android device taming skills
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD services mastery
  • Enterprise client management tool expertise (SCCM/ConfigMgr, Intune, JAMF) in an on-premise Domain environment
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) superpowers using Microsoft Intune/JAMF or other MDM solution problem-solving skills
  •  Excellent communication & time management skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently like a true superhero
