As an Administrative Business Partner III at Google Cloud, you will be responsible for supporting the Go-to-Market team's business operations and activities. This role requires anticipating the needs of managers and team members, resolving operational and administrative issues proactively, and staying updated on Google products and services. Key responsibilities include calendar management, meeting preparation, expense management, office space advocacy, event planning and logistics, and travel coordination. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are crucial, along with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and job functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment, with experience in core administrative tasks. Fluency in English is essential due to communication with US and Canada-based partners. Preferred qualifications include 6 years of experience supporting executive-level management and managing small-scale projects and events.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

  • Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors. 
  • Complete travel coordination tasks with minimal guidance.
