- Coordinates project activities to ensure successful progress and meeting of deadlines.
- Coordinate shipment of samples to and from Licensees.
- Reports to management on status updates and project metrics.
- Engages in ongoing process improvement (PDCA) as well as personal development.
- Maintains knowledge of policies, procedures and workflows.
- Coordinates with internal and external groups as needed.
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external contacts while working to the project plan.
- Supports a positive work culture and environment.
- Prepares materials for reports and executive presentations.
- Provides support with data entry tasks
- Assists with order entry during peak times
- 1-2 years of experience in project support.
- Understanding of project management concepts, artifacts and best practices.
- Completion of a project management program preferred.
- Familiarity with Nintendo and competitor products.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Projects.
- Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training, licensing/certification or work experience.
- Requires established skills to perform a range of routine activities; this may include application of administrative or analytical/technical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management/Business or a related field, or equivalent.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
