As a Customer Experience Specialist, Delivery at Tesla's Tilburg hub, you'll be the welcoming face for new car owners. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, along with a valid Netherlands driver's license. The role involves versatile administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and positive pickup experience for all customers.

What to Expect

As a Receptionist, you are the first face of our Tesla Delivery hub in Tilburg. With your customer-oriented and professional demeanor, you provide new customers who will pick up there new car a warm welcome. You are the first point of contact for all new customers. You will be entrusted with a diverse range of tasks, and it is important that you are resilient under stress and skilled at prioritizing. Performing versatile administrative tasks. Your goal is to assist every person in the most appropriate manner.
