Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media channels, craft engaging content, and drive the brand’s online presence. This role requires strategic thinking, content creation, and a passion for social media trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, and written posts) that engages our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media metrics (engagement, growth, click-through rates) to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize social media contests, events, and promotions to drive engagement and reach.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing social media platforms in a professional setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing and visual design.
  • Familiarity with paid social media strategies and tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity in developing campaigns.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B or consulting industry marketing.
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop.
  • Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
