We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with 2+ years of experience in courier services to investigate problematic parcels, ensure timely resolution, and prepare reports. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Accountable to ensure all inquiries for problematic delivery issues are well addressed on
- daily basis and close in timely mannered in all mediums
- Accountable to conduct a thorough investigations for all problematic parcels/delivery
- issues within the allotted time
- Accountable to verify all claims submissions from all claimant
- To prepare report on the related problematic delivery issues on weekly basis
- To ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOP
- To ensure the relevant stakeholders are well informed with issue that tag to order(s)
- To ensure the accuracy of data input into the recovery system
- To assist Manager/Head for any ad hoc projects and analysis as and when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduate
- encouraged to apply)
- 2 years working experience in courier service will be an added advantage
- Candidate must be a process and details oriented. Meticulous in ensuring processes
- are followed
- Good analytical and communication skills and a problem solver
- Hands on approach as work will be close to warehouse based
- Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly
- Must have an excellent spoken & written knowledge in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to connect with people and communicate clearly
- Must have high integrity and responsibility towards the task assigned
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Google apps
- Quick learner: we work in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to
- rapidly pick up on new concepts
