Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver end-to-end IT support, meeting set standards and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and maintain various devices (PCs, Macs, printers, etc.).
• Resolve tech issues via phone, web, or in-person visits.
• Ensure consistent follow-up for user satisfaction.
• Support audiovisual and videoconferencing using Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with teams to drive tech adoption and productivity.

Your profile 

• 1+ years of IT support experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Mac, and PC hardware/software Keen sense of ownership and confidence in your ability to take initiative, solve problems, and make tough decisions.
• Strong customer service
• Excellent communication skills both in Dutch and English
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to come into our office in Amsterdam
• capacity to lift office/ IT equipment when necessary
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
