Description
Co będziesz robić?
- Wspierać naszych klientów w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów technicznych związanych z aplikacjami, systemami oraz sprzętem komputerowym
- Instalować i konfigurować systemy z rodziny Linux oraz Windows, a także oprogramowanie zgodnie z przyjętymi procedurami
- Obsługiwać bazy danych poprzez pisanie prostych zapytań, analizę błędów i tworzenie kopii zapasowych
- Tworzyć i aktualizować instrukcje oraz dokumentację techniczną
Czego oczekujemy?
- Dobrej znajomości systemów operacyjnych Linux i Windows Server
- Podstawowej wiedzy o języku SQL
- Rozumienia zagadnień związanych z konfiguracją sieci LAN/WAN
- Podstawowej wiedzy z zakresu wirtualizacji
- Komunikatywnej znajomości języka angielskiego
Idealnie jeśli:
- Komunikatywnie posługujesz sie językiem ukraińskim
