Hasbro is seeking a Brand Manager, Global Franchise Strategy & Management, Peppa Pig to drive annual global franchise development, planning and activation to deliver against the global strategy for Peppa Pig within Hasbro’s Preschool portfolio. In this instrumental and high-profile activation role, you will lead and influence cross-functional internal and external teams across Hasbro to plan, support and execute cohesive and impactful franchise initiatives to grow your franchise across key categories and regions globally. This role supports the Director GFSM to deliver Hasbro’s brand, content and commercial goals. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute annual franchise plans and activations based on key franchise strategies, consumer insights and content strategies; focus on both near- and long-term activations to ensure successful multi-year engagement and growth for Peppa Pig * In-depth content expertise; integrated into series production, overseeing creative, schedules and processes to ensure storytelling fully delivers franchise, toy and commercial requirements * Lead delivery and activation of franchise content streams including Linear episodes and Cinema, and partner with various teams to ensure synergies across YouTube, Music, Publishing, Audio and Apps/Gaming. * Ensure brand identity, tone of voice and global brand positioning is adhered to and oversee creation of brand assets in partnership with Brand Creative team, with a keen lens on regional needs and consumer / category insights * Pitch and partner with both internal and external teams around the world, both commercially and creatively, to align on and activate the global franchise strategy; Be a point of contact for Social Media, PR, Marketing, YouTube, Music, Publishing, Location Based Entertainment, Promotions, Legal, Finance and select regional leads * Be across brand tracking, industry and consumer research initiatives in partnership with Director GFSM and the global insights team to ensure the latest data and insights are in hand and helping to drive strategy, planning and activation against Peppa Pig.
Must have:
  • Previous TV and/or franchise management experience (3-5 years+)
  • Excellent project managing skills, highly proactive
  • Thorough understanding of global market trends
  • Demonstrated Business/Financial Acumen
  • First-rate presentation skills
  • Results-oriented while demonstrating ability for innovative risk-taking
  • Excellent use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

We are seeking a Brand Manager, Global Franchise Strategy & Management, Peppa Pig to drive annual global franchise development, planning and activation to deliver against the global strategy for Peppa Pig within Hasbro’s Preschool portfolio. In this instrumental and high-profile activation role, you will lead and influence cross-functional internal and external teams across Hasbro to plan, support and execute cohesive and impactful franchise initiatives to grow your franchise across key categories and regions globally. This role supports the Director GFSM to deliver Hasbro’s brand, content and commercial goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute annual franchise plans and activations based on key franchise strategies, consumer insights and content strategies; focus on both near- and long-term activations to ensure successful multi-year engagement and growth for Peppa Pig

Key Competencies/Experience 

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent  

  • Previous TV and/or franchise management experience (3-5 years+) for a successful global consumer brand  

  • Excellent project managing skills, highly proactive, able to juggle priorities / meet tight deadlines and demonstrated ability to lead others. 

  • Thorough understanding of global market trends and awareness of the nuances of each territory 

  • Demonstrated Business/Financial Acumen 

  • Able to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making 

  • First-rate presentation skills 

  • Highly resourceful, tenacious and able to work autonomously  

  • Ability to stay ‘cool’ when the pressure is on 

  • Results-oriented while demonstrating ability for innovative risk-taking 

  • Excellent use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
