As a Marketing Project Leader and Graphic Designer for National Bank, you will be responsible for supporting National Bank Financial Wealth Management Advisors in carrying out their marketing initiatives while ensuring a strong and consistent brand. The position consists of 65% marketing project management tasks and 35% graphic design tasks. You will coordinate traditional and digital marketing projects from start to finish independently. You will also create digital and printed marketing materials while ensuring brand image compliance. You will need to understand and apply best marketing practices and ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to timelines.
Must have:
  • Studies in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent writing skills in French
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Que feras-tu ?

En tant que Chargé·e de projets marketing et graphiste pour la Banque Nationale, tu seras responsable de soutenir les Conseillers·ères en gestion de patrimoine de la Financière Banque Nationale dans la réalisation de leurs initiatives marketing, tout en veillant au maintien d’une marque forte et cohérente. Le poste à pourvoir est constitué à 65 % de tâches en gestion de projets marketing et 35 % de tâches en design graphique.

  • Coordonner des projets marketing traditionnels et numériques de bout-en-bout de façon autonome
  • Créer des pièces marketing numériques et imprimées, en veillant au respect de l'image de marque
  • Comprendre et appliquer les bonnes pratiques marketing
  • Assurer la qualité des livrables et le respect des échéanciers

Qu'attendons-nous de notre Chargé·e de projets marketing et graphiste ?

  • Études en communications, marketing, design graphique ou dans un domaine connexe
  • 1 à 3 années d’expérience pertinente
  • Capacités rédactionnelles impeccables en français
  • Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais), car tu devras servir une clientèle francophone et anglophone et participer à des rencontres d’équipe tenues en français sur une base quotidienne
  • Maitrise des logiciels de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign et Illustrator)
  • Bonnes connaissances de la suite Microsoft Office

Au sein du secteur Communications, marque et affaires publiques, tu fais partie d’une équipe de 10 personnes et tu relèves de la Directrice, Équipe marketing dédiée aux conseillers·ères en gestion de patrimoine.
