The role involves outbound B2B dialing, achieving KPIs and targets, handling objections, managing callbacks, and maintaining client relationships. The company offers complete account management for business energy packages and energy-saving services. Clear Point Recruitment are delighted to be working with a thriving Energy Consultancy based in Watford. My client is certainly making waves in an extremely strong and thriving energy market. They are a professional, employee driven business that are currently expanding rapidly and looking for B2B Lead Generators. 
Our client is an established yet flourishing energy consultancy with a 6-figure annual turnover. Their Head Office is based in Watford and are looking for Field Based Business Development Managers and Fields Salespeople nationally. Their core business is to provide end to end solutions across business energy packages and energy saving services.They offer complete account management for customers looking to improve efficiency and running cost within their organisation. Job Duties:
  • Outbound dialing B2B
  • Hitting KPI's & targets
  • Objection Handling
  • Manage call backs
  • Maintain and develop relationships
  • Sales & energy industry experience is essential with a proven track record of hitting targets
