This is a work-from-home Bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Support Specialist role supporting Nielsen's Mexico operation. Candidates must reside within a 2-hour radius of Mexico City. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, data collection, basic troubleshooting, providing action reminders, and meeting high productivity and quality standards. The role contributes significantly to Nielsen's global market research efforts. Multiple shifts and experience levels are available. Day 1 orientation is in-person at the Mexico City office. The position offers flexibility, equipment provided by Nielsen, and opportunities to develop customer service and data collection skills.
