Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to support data-related initiatives for a major banking client's Chief Data Office. This role involves assisting senior analysts and project teams in delivering data transformation initiatives, focusing on improving data quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling better data utilization across the organization. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in data governance, privacy, and enterprise data management within the financial services industry.
Must Have
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and data requirements across CDO-related projects.
- Support the development of data dictionaries, process maps, and data flow documentation.
- Help track progress of data governance, data privacy, and internal control initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders from business and technology teams.
- Conduct basic data analysis and validation to support decision-making and issue resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Min 3 years of experience in business analysis, data, or project support roles.
- Strong interest in data, financial services, and digital transformation.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
