Business Development Manager - Marsh Qatar


Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Qatar team. We are looking for a talented professional who can drive growth and build strategic client relationships in the insurance and advisory sector.

Role Description:
We are recruiting an experienced sales professional to lead business development efforts, identifying and securing new business opportunities across Qatar and the broader GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance and risk management market
- Develop and maintain relationships with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- Network extensively to expand client base and generate leads
- Consultatively sell Mercer products across different organizational levels
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth
- Convert potential leads into long-term client relationships

Requirements:
- 7-10 years of professional sales experience
- Background preferably in insurance broking
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to engage with mid to senior-level decision-makers
- Proven track record in business development
- Preference for candidates from Qatar or GCC market
- Excellent command of English
