This role involves strategic sales plan development and execution, channel and partner management, identifying new business opportunities, accurate forecasting, team development, and monitoring market trends. The position requires leveraging deep clinical and technical expertise to meet ambitious targets and shape commercial operations in Argentina, Chile, Puerto Rico, Colombia, and Multi-Country regions.
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned product lines.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with partners and channel stakeholders.

  • Provide precise business forecasting.

  • Acquired 10+ years of experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in commercial business, including P&L, revenue & margin management.
  • Experience in partner management and business development.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in people management, ideally in Hospital Patient Monitoring.
  • Possess skills like results orientation, solution finding, networking, collaboration, talent scouting, learning, storytelling, data-driven decision making, strategic vision, risk-taking, adaptability, C-level communication, and relationship building.
  • Advanced English level.

We’re seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and innovation across our healthcare Hospital Ambulatory Monitoring Portfolio. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, leveraging deep clinical and technical expertise to meet ambitious targets and shape the future of our commercial operations in Argentina, Chile, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Multi-Country regions under Partner Management.

Your role:

  • Lead Strategic Sales Plans - Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned product lines, driving business growth and achieving aggressive targets.
  • Channel & Partner Management - Manage and strengthen relationships with partners and channel stakeholders to expand market reach, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and Pursue New Opportunities - Collaborate with account teams to uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities aligned with service quotas and organizational objectives.
  • Deliver Accurate Forecasts - Provide precise business forecasting through effective lead and opportunity management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and Inspire Teams - Manage and mentor employees to achieve performance goals while fostering a culture of care, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Market Trends - Stay ahead of industry developments and competitor activity, offering strategic insights to enhance competitiveness and expand offerings.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business management or health related areas.
  • You have acquired 10+ years of experience within the healthcare industry, specifically in the commercial business, including P&L, revenue & margin managements well as partner management, Business development of which minimum of 5+ years of in people management ideally in a flow business model (Hospital Patient Monitoring)
  • Your skills include results oriented, ability to find solutions to difficult or complex issues, networking & collaboration, talent scouting, learning, storytelling, data driven decision making, formulating clear vision & strategy, risk taking and adaptability, proven track record of effective communication with C-level, ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market and cross-markets.
  • Advanced English level.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
