Job Description

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. The Candidate Experience Team at Bally's Interactive is seeking a Candidate Experience Partner to join their Manchester office. This role involves owning the entire recruitment process, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and delivering a professional, personalized experience to candidates from initial outreach to onboarding. The partner will leverage market insights and data to shape hiring strategies and champion new sourcing methods.
Must Have:
  • Owning the entire recruitment process for your roles, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and guiding them to exceptional hiring decisions.
  • Partnering closely with HR, hiring managers and leadership to align on goals, overcome challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Utilising data to shape recruitment strategies, focusing on metrics such as time to hire, time to fill, candidate pulse surveys and more.
  • Screening and assessing candidates with a keen eye, looking for both skill and potential, and orchestrate seamless interview experiences that set candidates up for success.
  • Making every candidate feel respected, informed, and valued, providing timely updates and honest feedback at each stage of their journey.
  • Championing new sourcing strategies, tech, and process improvements, always looking for ways to enhance how we hire.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a technology based company, with hands-on experience filling hard-to-fill positions.
  • Experience working autonomously and used to managing the full lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., Tech, Finance, Marketing).
  • Skilled at proactively identifying candidates, utilising diverse sourcing methods to improve our pipelines.
  • Confident and effective interviewer, able to evaluate a candidate’s skills, experience and cultural alignment with the team.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (we use UKG) and the latest recruitment tools to keep the process smooth and efficient.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to align recruitment with our business needs.
  • An adaptable communication style, tailoring your language and tone to suit different audiences.

We're a team of recruitment specialists committed to finding exceptional talent, while creating positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers alike throughout the recruitment journey.

We are on the lookout for a Candidate Experience Partner to join our team in our Manchester office and play a key part in shaping the future of our growing teams. You'll have the opportunity to support multiple areas of our business, partnering closely with a variety of different hiring teams in what is set to be an exciting 2026 and beyond!

You will be a trusted advisor to our teams, leveraging market insights, data fluency, and influencing skills to shape hiring strategies across the entire recruitment journey. And when it comes to our candidates, from initial outreach to onboarding, you'll deliver a professional, personalised experience that showcases Bally's commitment to it's people!

So, what will you be doing?
