Job Description

FRAMEN GmbH is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Co-CEO in managing the company's strategic project portfolio and developing the overall company strategy. The role involves leading strategic projects from idea to implementation, creating presentations for the CEO, and collaborating closely with the Co-CEO and management team. Candidates should have completed studies, ideally in economics, possess initial professional experience, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, initiative, and excellent communication in both German and English.
Must have:
  • Support the Co-CEO in managing the company's strategic project portfolio.
  • Lead strategic projects and proactively pursue them from idea to implementation.
  • Support the CEO in developing the company's overall strategy.
  • Create presentations for the CEO as a regular part of your work.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Co-CEO and the management team.
  • Completed studies, ideally in economics.
  • Initial professional experience.
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different topics, understand them, and prepare content.
  • Enjoy being creative, contributing ideas, and showing initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams.
  • Organizational talent and a structured, goal-oriented way of working.
  • Confident and positive demeanor and secure, firm communication with different hierarchical levels.
  • Communicate securely and convincingly – in German and English, both written and oral.
  • High flexibility and extraordinary commitment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You support our Co-CEO in managing the company's strategic project portfolio.
  • In addition, you lead strategic projects and proactively pursue them from idea to implementation independently.
  • You support the CEO in developing the company's overall strategy.
  • As a regular part of your work, you create presentations for the CEO.
  • Your work is always carried out in close cooperation with the Co-CEO and the management team.

Your Profile

  • You have already completed your studies, ideally in economics, and gained initial professional experience. A startup background is an advantage.
  • You can quickly familiarize yourself with different topics, understand them, and prepare content.
  • You enjoy being creative, contributing ideas, and showing initiative. You can work independently, but also engage in the necessary exchange with other teams.
  • Organizational talent as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working characterize you.
  • You have a confident and positive demeanor and secure and firm communication with different hierarchical levels.
  • You communicate securely and convincingly – in German and English, both written and oral.
  • High flexibility and extraordinary commitment complete your profile.
