CME Group is seeking a summer intern for its US Client Development & Sales (CD&S) Division. This role involves supporting the CD&S team by assisting with CRM updates, conducting research for customer segments, performing data analysis for sales support, and handling other ad hoc projects. The intern will also develop an understanding of CME Group's key customers and products, gaining valuable experience in the derivatives industry.

  • Prior work experience or leadership roles in extra-curricular activities
  • Proficiency in Google Applications (Google Docs, Google Meets, Sheets, and Gmail)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

CME Group is currently looking for a summer intern to assist the US Client Development & Sales (CD&S) Division. CD&S is the front-line of customer interaction at the Exchange, focusing sales efforts globally & managing relationships with CME Group's clients across all customer segments and products.

The CD&S intern will be responsible for supporting the ongoing work of the CD&S team in these areas:

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Assist in research projects for customer segment teams
  • Assist in data analysis projects for sales support
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects

Skills / Software Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing BA/BS, majoring in finance, economics
  • Prior work experience or leadership roles in extra-curricular activities
  • Proficiency in Google Applications (Google Docs, Google Meets, Sheets, and Gmail).
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Actual pay offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education, location of the internship, and the internship area of focus.
