Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the global growth of our BEPS Pillar 2 product offerings. This role requires a strong understanding of BEPs Pillar 2, data & tax technology expertise, commercial insight and product innovation to deliver measurable value to corporate tax teams and professionals in Big 4 and Tier 2 firms. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory developments, market trends, and commercial goals. You'll collaborate with internal teams and partners to shape innovative offerings.
Must Have
- Lead global growth of BEPS Pillar 2 product offerings.
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for BEPS Pillar 2.
- Drive revenue growth and product profitability.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Act as subject matter expert for BEPS Pillar 2 products.
- Minimum 5 years experience in tax technology, international tax, or transfer pricing.
- Strong understanding of OECD BEPS Pillar 2 framework and global minimum tax rules.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or technology.

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the global growth of our BEPS Pillar 2 product offerings. This role requires a strong understanding of BEPs Pillar 2, data & tax technology expertise, commercial insight and product innovation to deliver measurable value to corporate tax teams and professionals in Big 4 and Tier 2 firms.
As the Commercial Product Manager, you will take ownership of the BEPs Pillar 2 product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory developments, market trends commercial goals and overall APAC business and software product strategy. You also ensure our BEPS Pillar 2 offerings meet the evolving needs of global organizations, navigating Pillar 2 requirements. You’ll work with the Associate Director of Software Solutions and collaborate with customers, internal teams and channel partners to shape innovative offerings that lead the market with transformative solutions for corporate tax teams and tax professionals.
This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in tax technology, international tax, and/or transfer pricing, gained within a Big 4 firm or a large multinational corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Customer Empathy
- Deliver the product vision & strategy and execute through the strategic roadmap for BEPS Pillar 2 products
- Have a deep empathy of evolving customer needs through both qualitative and quantitative. This will include customer research, regular customer meetings, customer feedback from internal partners (including sales, account management, consulting & support)
- Monitor market & technology trends and regulatory changes, particularly OECD Pillar 2 rule changes, to guide product innovation.
Commercial Focus
- Drive BEPS Pillar 2 revenue growth and product profitability through pricing strategies, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and market expansion through collaboration with Associate Director, software commercial manager and internal partners.
- Partner with the Associate Director and software commercial manager to develop commercial models that support revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with Go-to-market and product marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and sales enablement tools.
- Understand market segments, customer insights and competitive landscape to support commercial decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations on growth initiatives, portfolio optimization initiatives and investment priorities.
- Product Innovation & Delivery
- Drive production innovation through strong customer insights, internal platform data.
- Work closely with product owners, UX, engineering and compliance teams to deliver innovative, user-friendly, compliant data & tax transformation solutions. Prioritize solutions based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for all matters related to BEPS Pillar 2 products.
- Engage with tax advisors, corporate clients, and regulators by presenting our strategic product direction and offerings
- Present strategic roadmaps and product performance to senior stakeholders.
Customer & Partner Collaboration
- Partner with the Associate Director and software commercial manager to develop commercial models that support revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with sales, account management, consulting, go-to-market, product marketing, support plus channel partners to shape innovative offerings
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our solutions address pain points in BEPS Pillar 2 workflows.
About You:
- 5 years plus experience in tax technology, international tax, or transfer pricing, ideally within a Big 4 firm or large multinational corporation tax & data transformation in a Big 4 service firm and/or large corporate.
- Strong understanding of OECD BEPS Pillar 2 framework, global minimum tax rules, and related compliance challenges.
- A strong passion for customer-led innovation by leveraging data insights, cutting-edge technology by passion for Tax technology and an understanding of the value it delivers to customers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
- Product Management experience in SaaS products and data integration, and automation tools in the tax domain is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, technology or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support strategic decision-making.
