SEGULA Technologies, a global engineering group with 15,000 employees, is seeking a Commissioning Engineer for an 18-month contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves planning and executing commissioning of electrical and I&C systems, coordinating energization, supervising tests, and supporting grid synchronization for power generation projects. Candidates need an Electrical/I&C Engineering degree and 10+ years of relevant experience with strong understanding of protection, control, and DCS/SCADA systems.

Must Have

• Plan and execute commissioning of electrical and I&C systems
• Coordinate energization of HV/MV/LV systems and protection tests
• Supervise loop checks, logic tests and functional tests for DCS/PLC
• Support grid synchronization, performance and reliability runs
• Prepare commissioning dossiers and handover documents

• 10+ years commissioning experience on power generation projects
• Strong understanding of protection, control and DCS/SCADA systems
