Job Summary

The Content & Publishing Coordinator will energize and promote the training offerings on the platform, ensuring effective, coherent, and attractive communication with clients. This role involves designing and maintaining visual and communicative elements both within and outside the platform, actively contributing to user loyalty and improving the use of training. Key responsibilities include managing course agendas, designing communications, preparing social media copies, maintaining the virtual campus's visual design, and coordinating with marketing teams.

Must Have

  • Manage and energize the agenda of courses and training events
  • Design and layout communications, campaigns, and visual content for clients
  • Prepare copies for social media, newsletters, and promotional actions
  • Maintain the visual design and graphic coherence of the virtual campus (look & feel)
  • Update course covers and graphic elements in backoffice
  • Manage communication groups with clients (e.g., A3responde group)
  • Design and monitor campaigns for loyalty and platform usage improvement
  • Coordinate with the content team and training manager to align messages
  • Liaise and coordinate actions with the Marketing and communication team
  • Analyze the impact of actions and propose improvements
  • Operate and maintain training communication tools and channels

Good to Have

  • Experience in graphic design and layout with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or similar
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI in digital training platforms, preferably Wolters Kluwer Academy
  • Familiarity with backoffice (Salesforce, Phoenix) of LMS or training platforms (Wolters Kluwer Academy)
  • Experience in digital training environments and LMS platforms
  • Basic knowledge of the legal environment or management software

We are currently looking to incorporate a Content & Publishing Coordinator into our team.

Mission of the position:

Energize and promote the training offerings on the platform, ensuring effective, coherent, and attractive communication with clients. Design and maintain the visual and communicative elements within and outside the platform, actively contributing to user loyalty and improving the use of training.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Management and revitalization of the agenda of courses and training events
  • Design and layout of communications, campaigns, and visual content for clients
  • Preparation of copies for social media, newsletters, and promotional actions
  • Maintenance of the visual design and graphic coherence of the virtual campus (look & feel)
  • Updating of course covers and graphic elements in backoffice
  • Management of communication groups with clients (e.g., A3responde group)
  • Design and monitoring of campaigns for loyalty and improvement of platform usage
  • Coordination with the content team and training manager to align messages
  • Liaison and coordination of actions with the Marketing and communication team
  • Analysis of the impact of actions and proposals for improvement
  • Operational maintenance of training communication tools and channels

Digital and Visual Competencies

  • Desirable experience in graphic design and layout with tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or similar
  • Editing and design of visual content (covers, banners, communications)
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI in digital training platforms, preferably Wolters Kluwer Academy
  • Handling mass email or newsletter platforms
  • Familiarity with backoffice (Salesforce, Phoenix) of LMS or training platforms (Wolters Kluwer Academy)

Operational and Strategic Competencies

  • Organization and planning of event and campaign agenda
  • Management of loyalty actions and improvement of virtual campus use
  • Coordination with different teams and profiles
  • Analysis of metrics and results orientation

Desired training and experience:

  • Training in Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions linked to communication and training
  • Valuable experience in digital training environments and LMS platforms
  • Basic knowledge of the legal environment or management software will be a plus
