The manager will also establish evaluation metrics, analyze data to identify risks, and respond to security incidents, while staying updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure a healthy game ecosystem.

Job Description

2. Coordinate various prevention and control methods such as algorithm rules, sensitive word libraries, machine review, and manual review, combined with AI review capabilities, to continuously optimize content governance strategies and tool development.

3. Responsible for major content security project management, efficiently coordinating product, R&D, publishing, and external teams, driving strategy implementation, product feature iteration, and system process optimization.

4. Establish an effect evaluation indicator system, through data analysis, public opinion monitoring, insight into risks and formulate overall solutions, and continuously improve the health of the game ecosystem.

5. Quickly respond to major security incidents and control risks; continuously research cutting-edge technologies, gray/black industry trends, and policy regulations to form industry-leading solutions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of content security governance experience, with a gaming industry background preferred.

2. Proficient in data analysis, skilled in using tools like SQL, capable of deeply identifying risks from massive data and driving strategy optimization.

3. Familiar with the entire content security review process, understand domestic and international content security-related laws and regulatory requirements, and can effectively convert business problems into algorithm and product requirements to improve overall operational efficiency and intelligence.

4. Possess excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, and influence, able to approach from a user perspective, manage large projects, and drive multi-party resources to achieve business goals.
