Job Description

1. Responsible for the implementation of new game version launch plans, including coordination with marketing/promotion, and assisting in the overall planning and promotion of operational content such as community and player group maintenance.

2. Responsible for online public opinion monitoring, as well as the evaluation and formulation of solutions for online incidents; timely follow-up and handling of various online and user feedback to achieve stable product operation.

3. Responsible for demand management and coordination of full package, SDK updates, etc.

4. Familiar with the construction, use, and iteration of various tool platforms for game operations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in SLG or MMO version operations or user operations, familiar with game development processes, planning experience is a plus.

2. Rich experience in SLG games, deep understanding of SLG player needs, and in-depth understanding and experience in operating service-oriented games, able to respond quickly to player needs.

3. Strong awareness of operational risks, good adaptability, and able to quickly solve sudden problems encountered during operations.
